DR. FÁBIO SABBADIN ZANUZZO

Research Interests:

I am a scientist interested/engaged in understanding how we can improve different aspects of fish farming including growth performance, nutrition, health, disease resistance and welfare. I have worked with a number of freshwater, marine, tropical and coldwater species, and I employ a multi-level approach that takes nutrition, physiology, immunology, behavior, metabolism, respirometry and genomics into account to test hypotheses on how environmental and farming conditions affect fish biology or how we can sustainability improve fish production.
